Ok. I've read other reviews and have to admit that the communication is not the best, I found texting to be most effective. I am still giving them 5 starts because they were wonderful and I still recommend them very highly.
We had a HUGE job with six giant trees & an additional enormous trunk, much overgrown brush and bushes. A multitude of junk volunteer trees, and a huge amount of abandoned lumber from when consumers dropped most of an elm but left all the wood in the yard. Several of the trees had to be removed by crane over the house.
Not only way Wright Way the best price, their crew went above and beyond, deals graciously with my mom's hesitations and adjustments even in the middle of the process. They listened and reassured her that good decisions were being made. When the job was done they carefully raked all the grass and did everything they could to make it look as nicely as possible.
I appreciate Wright Way so much! Yup, it took a while to schedule. Yup, they're busy. But also, yup, they did an amazing job and I am tremendously thankful we went with them.

We can't say enough about this company. They were very punctual. A job I though would take hours, and then more hours to clean up, took a fraction of the time. And the stump was ground down in a very controlled manner. Very professional, reasonably priced. Recommend highly.

This is a professional company with the best prices. Thank you to Matt and company for removing my 3 60ft trees without damaging any of my property! I am very impressed they were able to accomplish this seeing how 3 electrical and cable wires were winding through and around the middle of each of these trees! Thank you so much! I'm rating Wright-Way Tree Co. a 5. While there was a brief lapse in communication, they ultimately arrived at the beginning of the week instead of the end, and our perilous dead trees were expertly removed. I plan to have the crew back later in the year to do some forestry mulching, a service most other companies don't even offer. I would heartily recommend W-W for tree work in the Greater Lansing area.

If your looking for an honest company to take down a tree than look no further than Wright Way Tree Company. Matt Wright and company have been nothing but professional. The job was done sooner than was initially quoted and the site was left in it's original condition.

They chopped two trees in my backyard on power lines. Everything was cleaned up and stacked nestly. Good job fellas!
